Who is Camera Filters Ireland? Can I buy with confidence?

Absolutely.

Camera Filters Ireland is an Irish registered, VAT registered Company trading online since 2015.

We sell premium photography related neutral density filters and related products on our website, Amazon, eBay and other sales channels.  We have a class leading customer service and regularly get 100% customer satisfaction rating.

How can I pay for my order?

You can make a payment via Credit or Debit card and PayPal through our online SSL secured server .

Alternatively, you can pay via bank transfer or in-store.

Is VAT included in our product prices?

Yes VAT is included within our product prices. We are a registered VAT company and can provide VAT invoices on request.

Can I get a VAT receipt?

Absolutely. Simply contact us with the order details.

Why does my discount code not work at the checkout?

1. Most discount codes are one time use only.

2. The discount code you have has a time limit on it and therefore it has expired.

3. The discount code cannot be used in conjuction with any other of our discount codes.

4. The discount code may only apply to products in a certain category on the website (i.e. LED tealights).

5. Have you typed the discount code correctly at the checkout.

I have completed the checkout and made payment. Now I have received an email that my order has been cancelled or I am being told to pay additional difference amount?

1. If the item you have purchased is out of stock, we will notify you to let you know that we can either offer to cancel the Order(s) and refund the money or we may suggest a substitute item instead.

2. If there is a system error with your order (2 discounts applied on the same order) – discount has been applied under tier pricing and you have used another discount code at the checkout. According to our T&C we reserve the right to to cancel one of the discounts and request the difference to be paid before we ship the order or we can cancel the order as mentioned under ‘Order Confirmation and Payments’.

3. We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your Order at any time up to the point we send you the Product(s). See details in our T&C under ‘Order Confirmation and Payments’.

4. If there is a payment processing issue with your Order(s), we will notify you to contact us on 01902 607555 so that we can resolve this issue.

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. All other orders are dispatched the next working day (excludes weekends and Public Holidays).

When will I receive my order?
